Wear & Share is a community clothing giveaway event that takes place twice a year. Whether you are looking to get rid of some of your gently used clothes, or if you are in need of some, this is for you!
COLLECTION:
We will be collecting gently used clothes of all sizes for this event and donations can be dropped off in the trailer outside of the Grand Haven campus anytime between September 23 and October 13.
SORTING:
We will be sorting all the collected clothes from Tuesday, October 15 to Thursday, October 17. Volunteers interested in assisting with clothes sorting should email lisa@harvestspringlake.org to sign up. A full day commitment isn't necessary, partial days are welcomed! The sorting days and times are:
Tuesday and Wednesday from 9am until 3pm
Wednesday evening from 6-8pm (small groups welcome!)
Thursday, if needed, from noon to 3pm.
EVENT:
We will host our Wear & Share Event on Saturday, October 19 from 8am-12pm at the Grand Haven Campus where those in our community can come and take whatever clothes they may need, all completely free!
