Frequently Asked Questions

How can I help with scholarships?

If you would like to help send a child to Vertical Adventures you can make a donation online at pushpay.com/g/harvestspringlake. The cost for one camper is $85 for the three day camp.

How do I change registration?

You may request a change to your child’s registration by May 13th, at no charge. After May 13th there is a $25 charge. Change request may be made by emailing verticaladventures@harvestspringlake.org.

How do I cancel registration?

You can cancel your registration by May 13th for a full refund. After May 13th, you will receive a refund minus a $25 cancellation fee. Cancel registration requests should be emailed to verticaladventures@harvestspringlake.org

How do I make a friend request?

You choose two adventures with your child. One for the morning and one for the afternoon. If they have a friend request, you must register your child for the same adventures at the same time (morning/afternoon) as their friend.

Can I pick up my child early?

We do not recommend early release or pick up. Vertical Adventures is 9:30AM - 3PM. Please schedule other camps, lessons, or appointments for a different week. However, if it is essential for a camper to leave early, please let us know at check in time.

What should my child wear?

Your child should wear their Vertical Adventures t-shirt, shorts and comfortable shoes. Everything will get dirty, stained, and worn out this week. Please do not send your child in anything you love - this is camp and they will play hard!

How do I get my child’s t-shirt?

T-shirt pick up date and time can be found in your confirmation email.

What if I missed t-shirt pick up weekend?

You will be able to pick up your t-shirt at check-in.

What if my child loses something?

There will be a lost and found table in the main lobby. However, we strongly suggest that you do not send anything of value with your child.

How does lunch work?

Campers bring their own lunch in a clear zip-top bag, with their first and last name clearly marked. Please send only throw away items in your child’s lunch. The children will eat lunch with their team and supervised by volunteers. Plenty of water will be available all day long at camp.

How do you care for my child with allergies?

Note your child’s allergies when registering. Every adventure leader is notified of your child’s allergies. We provide an allergy protected lunch area for children who need it.

How do I contact staff during the week?

You can send an email to us at verticaladventures@harvestspringlake.org.
