During the Advent season throughout church history, there is a tradition to light a candle each week as a representation of the coming of Jesus, in both His first and second coming. With his coming he brings perfect hope, love, joy and peace. As Christmas draws nearer, each candle brings a little more light into the darkness.

We invite you to spend time as a family each week lighting a candle, and meditating on the week’s word in scripture reading, discussion and prayer.
